The problem
Recruitment sites feel stiff, and creative networks often look good but are hard to use. Talent Club needed both: creatives wanted to show their work beautifully, while recruiters needed clean, structured information.
What I did
I designed a platform that gives creatives room to express themselves while keeping search, profiles and conversations easy for recruiters. It starts with a clear landing page with separate paths for employers and job seekers.
What changed
One platform that felt creative and professional at the same time.
