The problem

KPMG used immersive experiences like VR presentations and 360° videos at client events. Each event needed its own setup, and the internal team needed to do that themselves, without calling an engineer every time, and in a way that matched KPMG's enterprise standards.

What I did

I designed a secure, login-protected platform with one clear workspace where the team can change everything an event needs: the welcome video, logos, backgrounds, hero images and text, all laid out in a simple, structured table.

What changed

Setting up an event became something the team could do on their own.
